Recommending Books?
While the majority of what you need to learn all of this stuff is freely available online (and in the classroom) sometimes you just want to curl up on the couch with a great scripting/design book. The following books are personally recommended by the design team in the studio, several of them are suggested specifically as reinforcement for the current running classes.
