Class Statement

This course will allow students with an advanced knowledge of Adobe Flash to concentrate on independent projects in an assisted and productive environment. Emphasis will be placed on individual concepts and the process of producing projects that blend interactivity, audio and video with an established ActionScript Application Programming Interface (API). In-class instruction, discussions and examples will be derived from the questions and needs of each student's self-assigned projects. Students should be comfortable with advanced Flash production and object-oriented ActionScript. We will be working in ActionScript 3.0. PREREQUISITE: SMC-3656, Advanced Flash, or equivalent.
